Our Vision

We know all of our farmers by name, and we are committed from day 1 to apply People – Planet -Before Profit Policy beside applying end to end of Social Doctrines of the Church from Rerum Novarum, Laborem Exercens, Quadragessimo Anno, Populorum Progressio, Caritas in Veritate, Centessimus Annus, Mater et Magistra, Laudato Si, and entire teaching from the Magisterium.

At the moment we are the one of very few winery in Bali that employs our 21 farmers and staffs as full time employee either permanent or contract, paid under the fullness of compliance to the Ministry of Empowerment instead of just being treated as partner/ supplier.

We are offering full payment of salaries as per the UMK Kabupaten in Singaraja, and still incentivize them for health benefit and education for their children.
